In the rare case where your website is already very solid, we might not redesign much in terms of its look and feel at this stage. However, if your site needs improvement, we'll jump in with significant design and content upgrades right from the start. Let's face it, a website that doesn't impress can't be marketed effectively!
No matter where we start, a key part of our program is continually adding new content, sections, and pages. This means your website will keep getting better over time. It's an ongoing process designed to make Google and other search engines happy. The time it takes to boost your Google rankings depends partly on your starting point - how strong or weak your current scores and rankings are - and how far behind your local competitors you might be. Typically, you can expect to see noticeable improvements within 4 to 6 months. Achieving a top spot, like #1 or #2, may take longer, especially if you're up against strong local competition or in a particularly competitive market.

We provide detailed monthly reports that include a wealth of information on our RESULTS and also contain a detailed list of COMPLETED TASKS/ITEMS. It is super-easy to track what we are doing and what the result of that activity is. Even our toughest clients love our reports! As for additional communication goes, email, text, call, Zoom, in-person meetings ... whatever you need, whenever you need it. You have full access to us. It is unlikely you'll go very long without hearing from us anyway. We stay pretty close.

Your website will be developed according to current best practices for search engine optimization, including adherence to Google's ranking criteria. Although delivery times depend on current workloads and project specifics, we strive to complete your website efficiently and on schedule. Some SEO and Digital Marketing efforts can begin even before the launch of the website.
Following the launch of your website, the DotCom team shall provide ongoing enhancements, including content updates, design improvements, and feature additions. These efforts are intended to support continued search engine visibility and improve user experience and conversion performance.
We will optimize and monitor your Google Business Profile. We provide and post optimized GMB posts weekly. Minor improvements to your rankings could be quick. In 3 to 6 months, ranking improvements should be substantial for several related terms. Some of the more difficult local keywords can often take longer. It's a large campaign for a lot of terms not currently performing well - it's going to take over a year to do well across the board.
We create one highly optimized website location landing page per month. These will allow you to rank well for organic Google searches related to local fence searches. We are certain there will be some early successes, but generally speaking, it takes a minimum of 6 months before any organic SEO campaign should be expected to produce results. Additionally, your current TRUST scores and DOMAIN AUTHORITY scores are very low, which might make things a bit more difficult for some of the target areas.
We will create, optimize, post, and link a minimum of 14 blog articles that target keyword searches that you have a chance of ranking for, driving more traffic from Google. These will be posted roughly once per month, but there are times when that schedule may be adjusted for SEO reasons. We usually launch with 3 blog articles right away. The blog platform launches in the month immediately following your new website.
Your TRUST SCORE and other Google health indicators are low. We will repair these items. This is easy to track. We will report on these items, but you can also run your own free reports using www.majestic.com
We keep our overhead as low as possible, but there are costs associated with setting up, running, and managing a large campaign like this. Early on (especially), there is a lot of research, strategy, scheduling, communication, etc. Monthly reporting to you, the client, is also a key element to a successful campaign.
We offer comprehensive paid ads marketing management under a separate agreement. This includes strategic planning and management of Google Paid Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and/or Meta Ads. Our tech team handles all technical issues related to your domain name, website, data backups, and anything else that needs to be supported from a technical standpoint. No stress on you; we have it.
