1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DotCom Global Media ("DotCom," "we," "our," "us") website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without DotCom's prior written consent.
You may not use our name, slogans (including "Your Website Sucks and Google Hates You," "Because Amateur Hour is Over," "Because Average Companies Deserve to Lose," or any other protected tagline), characters, illustrations, or brand graphics in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or competition.
Our fence graphics, which are uniquely created, highly recognizable, and considered a competitive advantage, are strictly protected. Unauthorized use, duplication, or adaptation will be pursued aggressively to the fullest extent of the law.
