These image licenses are non-transferable and are not granted to clients, third parties, or any other platforms beyond the original DotCom-built site.
If any of those licensed images have been carried over to your new website or reused in any form, this constitutes a violation of the image licensing agreements.
If these images are not removed from your new website, the original copyright holders may pursue legal action. In such an event, liability may extend to you (the current website owner), your new web agency, and DotCom Global Media.
In the event that DotCom is named in a lawsuit or incurs any legal fees, penalties, or damages as a result of your unauthorized use of these images, you will be held financially responsible for reimbursing DotCom in full.
To avoid potential copyright infringement claims, we strongly urge you to review your current site and remove any images that originated from your DotCom-built site.
